Nirvana Memorial Garden

They really thought about everything you'd want when it comes to end of life planning. The building is also meticulously designed for the comfort of the visitors, very serene location. Overall too extravagant for my liking, but compared with the other options it's much much better. Hands down I would still choose them for when my time comes. Although I don't mind skipping the Lamborghini hearse 😂

Jasmine was professional in her work and share a lot of informations about Nirvana. Beside that, purchasing of niche & Urn were smooth and she was not pushy when deciding whether to buy anot. Have recommended friend to her, and also gave good comments too even after sales. The right person for the job and hard working person that Nirvana should value her hard work.. 加油👏🏼

For Godsake, to the team and management nirvana, please have some empathy can ? Was known your for the advertisement but please stop taking picture and video in every moment, every second, give the grieve family a privacy and space to grieve can? Is so scary how to watch from and after cremation that your team only bother to taking picture video as much as like no one crying there. Have some empathy and little kindness please!

We would like to give our feedback on our very disappointing visit to Nirvana Singapore on 10 Jan 2023, 11am. We had intended to view the place before deciding on their services. Prior to our visit, we had informed Mr Mark Teoh, the sales representative that during our visit, we were strictly not to see or experience any unlucky events or happenings such as moving of any urns. This is because we brought our grandma along, who is very particular about not crossing paths with such happenings. We had informed Mark Teoh of this repeatedly, and he assured us that everything would be arranged nicely, and that during our visit, we would not cross paths with such happenings. However, during our visit, there was such a ceremony going on and it was very obvious as there were loud prayer bells that could be heard from all sides of the place. We panicked and asked Mark Teoh again whether there was such a ceremony going on, and he reassured us and guaranteed that we wouldn’t cross paths with the other customers that were partaking in the prayers. However, we did indeed meet face-to-face with a family carrying an urn and joss sticks. At that moment, our grandma panicked, so we decided to immediately leave and terminate the visit. We informed the Operations Manager, Ms Jenny Chang. When Ms Chang came down from her office, she did not seem apologetic and did not take the situation seriously. From then on, my grandma has been experiencing anxiety attacks, nightmares and has been deeply traumatised since that event. We would like to warn everyone against choosing this place as the staff do not seem empathetic and considerate to your needs. As we are choosing a final resting place for our ancestors, we would strongly dissuade everyone from picking this place as the staff do not seem professional and compassionate!
